Start your tour with our guide picking your party up right outside your South or West Maui accommodation and bringing you to a wonderful continental breakfast. Begin the day right with delicious food and coffee to get your energy up for the adventure ahead. Heading out on the road, the guide will take you through Upcountry Maui past farms and neighborhoods of the rich and famous before wrapping around to the windswept backside.

The guide will make multiple stops throughout the day based on your group's interests, local history, cultural importance, or simply because the spot is too beautiful and you have to get out and look closer.

The tour makes a stop to enjoy lunch in Hana, which is also included in your tour. Sit back and enjoy a local take on classic dishes that you love. We make stops in Kipahulu, South Wailua Waterfalls, beach overlooks, Waianapanapa State Park, a place to swim in a waterfall pool, and so much more. We even stop to watch the Hawaiian sea turtles too!

8:30 AM	Drive through Kula and Upcountry Maui on a reverse circle tour
9:00 AM	Make various overlooks stops and see scenes from high above the coast.
10:00 AM	Visit Mauiʻs backside and make various stops at overlooks.
10:30 AM	Stop in Kipahulu and Kaupo to look at historic building stops and stories. Walk the first black sand beach of the day.
11:00 AM	See the Oheo Gulch and an amazing waterfall that makes for beautiful pictures.
12:00 PM	Drive by famous Hamoa Beach and stop at a beautiful historical spot with red sand.
12:30 PM	Stop at Hana Flower Farm for a great picnic lunch in beautiful, covered surroundings.
1:10 PM	Drive through the town of Hana and see itʻs protected bay that is the heart of the community.
2:20 PM	We spend some time in Waianapanapa State Park with itʻs famous sites, including a lava tube, black sand beaches, a water spout, historical areas, and more.
3:00 PM	From here, the road from Hana with waterfalls everywhere and amazing coastal views.
3:30 PM	Take a swim in a waterfall pool. (you can also swim at the black sand beach)
4:00 PM	Walk around Keanae Peninsula, jutting into the powerful waves of the North Pacific.
5:00 PM	See some marine life (often turtles) along the north shore beaches.
6:00 PM	Drop off at the hotel, airport, cruise ship, or original pick-up point

You'll be treated to a picnic-style lunch on your luxury Hana tour, with an "island style" plate lunch or a large fresh green salad. You have plenty of options for protein--baked Mahi Mahi fish (our favorite), grilled teriyaki chicken, or grilled tofu with teriyaki drizzled on! Our salads are made from spring greens combined seamlessly together alongside grape tomatoes, carrots & cucumbers served with papaya seed dressing; itʻs delicious.

Cold drinks are provided all day long.

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

I Want To Do The Road To Hana, How Many Hours Is That?

The road to Hana takes about 10-hours to make the circle if you make a lot of stops for only a little bit of time. We recommend adding more time at checkout if you are planning to hit a number of places like the caves or botanical gardens. You donʻt want to rush some of these places. The tour starts on pickup so if your tour starts in Kapalua, be prepared for a 12-hour day.
