Tour Description

Go with an experienced guide to explore the island of Oahu for the day. Your tour starts with pickup at the resorts in Ko Olina or Waikiki before heading up into one of the spectacular gulches that cut into the Koolau range above Honolulu.

Our first stop is at the beautiful Pali lookout where we can see up and down the central windward coast from Kualoa Ranch to Waimanalo. There is a lot of history in this spot and your guide will let you know all about it.

After winding our way down the pali (ridge or mountain range), through tunnels we will stop by a beautiful Japanese Temple. Stop and enjoy the ponds, architecture, fish, and birds that are found throughout the grounds.

We will continue to make stops and drive by places along the windward coast up towards the North Shore. Your guide will pick out the best place that day for a picnic lunch for your group. There are a lot of great options so you will get a great meal included in your tour.

Walk off the lunch and build up an appetite for some dessert with a stroll up Waimea Valley to the small waterfall and along scenic north shore beaches. We may stop to watch the surf if itʻs “going off”.

As we head back from the North Shore we will stop at the world-famous Dole Plantation for some treats, drinks, and other souvenirs that you will get on your own.
Throughout the day, your guide will choose great stops and spots for you to take pictures, listen to a story or even try some local cuisine.
