Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations 72 hours prior to the activity start have no cancellation fee and a full refund will be provided. Within 48 hours, if you want to reschedule your day, there will be a $75 charge. There are no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours.

Come experience dolphins with us at the Hilton Waikoloa Village! Parking is available for $30, or valet parking for $37.
Can I Bring My Camera?

Due to the amount of time spent in water, we don't recommend bringing your camera. However, we will have a professional photographer there to capture your Dolphin Quest Encounter! Photographs available for purchase after the tour.
Will I Be Able To Touch The Dolphins?

Yes, guests are allowed to pet the dolphins during the Dolphin Quest Encounter. Our knowledgeable guides will supervise all interactions, ensuring a safe and fun experience for both you and the animals.

What Should I Wear?

While we have no outfit restrictions, we recommend you wear casual clothing that you're comfortable getting wet. Some suggestions include any combination of swimsuits, loose t-shirts, shorts, and rash guards.
