Do your all inclusive packages include all of our meals and drinks for each day?

Our all-inclusive packages do not include pre-paid meals (except at certain hotels for breakfast and clubs).

Our guests love the flexibility to choose the food and dining experiences they enjoy the most, each day. There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from, serving local cuisine to international fare from around the Pacific. Ask your guide when you arrive. You can also find grocery stores and markets where you can purchase food and drinks to prepare in your room or suite.

The meals included in our packages are served during optional activities like luaus, dinner cruises, and snorkel trips. These experiences may include an open bar serving beer and wine. Many of our sightseeing tours have luxury or deluxe upgrades which include food and non-alcoholic drinks.
What do the Freestyle Packages include?
- No Groups, just your party only. (Minimum 2 people)

Will there be leisure time?

You will most certainly have more leisure time. We can keep you as busy as you want or you can do some tours and relax the other days on the island included in your package. Please note our custom vacation package is not with other guests, the tour is exclusive for your party only.
What is the daily concierge service?

We are based here in Hawaii so we meet with all our guests at one point, if they are here on a vacation package. We are in daily contact with our guests once they land in Hawaii so they see and do all that is planned for them. It's part of our daily concierge services to keep our guests informed of their tours and activities since our guests may visit up to 3 or 4 islands with tours and inter-island flights. It's a packed schedule and we donʻt want you to worry about a thing. We are here to walk them through their vacation package, every step of the way.
Does Hawaii Have All-Inclusive Resorts?

Hawaii resorts do not have an all-inclusive option the way Caribbean or Mexican resorts do. Alcohol drinks must be purchased separately if meals are included in your package. In Hawaii, we encourage you to go out and explore the local culture and food options for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There are many restaurants in and around most resorts so we encourage guests to go out and explore those options.
What Is The Cheapest Time Of Year To Visit Hawaii?

The cheapest time of year to visit Hawaii is when no one else is planning on visiting. That would be in the months with no major school, spring break, or federal holidays. Months with less reliable weather will also reduce the number of people visiting so prices for everything will go down and deals will be more commonplace. These months are normally May, September, and October.
What Type Of Hawaii Resorts or Hotel Are Used In The Packages?

We utilize comfortable beachfront resorts in our vacation packages that are recently updated or remodeled. We also choose specific towers at some resorts due to their location, convenience, and views. We also choose resorts that we know our guests will love. Some of the Hawaii resorts are better for children, adults-only, or a great mix of amenities that everyone will love.
How Much Does An Average Hawaii Vacation Package Cost?

The average vacation package to Hawaii that we offer tends to be about $1000 / couple per night with a minimum of 4 nights. This would include round-trip flights to Hawaii from the West Coast of the United States, a standard room at a beachfront resort, 2 premium activities, all on-island transportation, and daily concierge service. Prices will vary based upon the number of nights, islands, activities, room views, flight class, and starting city.
When Should A Vacation To Hawaii Be Booked?

As you get nearer to your desired Hawaii travel date, availability will go way down. If you are planning to travel in a group larger than 4, then give yourself at least 6 months to make sure everything you want to do is available and you can secure good rooms with enough beds. If you are planning to travel during the busy times of late December, early January, March, June or July then be sure to give yourself more time than you think. The bigger the group the more time you need. In most cases, a couple should be able to book 3 months ahead of time and be able to get into doing everything on their bucket list.
I am planning to do a solo trip. What kind of package do you suggest?

All our vacation packages can be customized to your style, needs, and wants. We can plan a vacation that is packed with others who you can meet or get away from everyone with private or exclusive experiences. A solo traveler is a bit more adventurous so you can start looking at the options there. The main difference is the type of experiences we suggest, although you can choose exactly what you want to do and we will make the itinerary work with your budget and time frame.
Are we able to custom make our itinerary?

All of the vacation packages we do are custom to our guests. We want you to choose the experience and we formulate an itinerary that works. Most activities or tours are not available every day and depending on what you want to do, we will have to be creative in making sure you can experience it all in the number of days you want to be on-island.
