Menʻs Qualifying PGA Golf Tour (Sample Itinerary)
This is an example that can be used for any of our themed tours. This one is based upon playing one of the qualifying courses on the island of Oahu before playing a tournament course on Maui. Each package will be personalized to your group.

Day 1: Arrival Day. Welcome to the Island of Oahu

VARIES

Flights from your nearest city to Hawaii and return are included in our packages.

Welcome to the Island of Oahu, home to the Capital City of Honolulu and famous Waikiki Beach.

Upon landing in Honolulu we take you on a private shuttle to the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa located on Waikiki Beach.

You can then enjoy a free afternoon and evening in Waikiki.

Day 2: Oahu – Beach Day & Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise

9:00AM	Free day to explore Waikiki or hang out at the resort beachfront pool. Take up some lessons on your own or other resort facilities.
4:30PM	Transportation over to the pier below the Aloha Tower to board the Star Of Honolulu to enjoy a beautiful Five-Star Sunset Dinner & Jazz Cruise. (On Fridayʻs enjoy fireworks from the boat.)
7:00PM	We return to Waikiki where you will have some free time to explore the vibrant nightlife and shopping options or to enjoy a relaxing evening stroll along the beach.

Day 3: Oahu – Golfing at a PGA Qualifying Golf Course

9:00AM	Your guide will come to pick you up at your hotel for an incredible day at one of Oahuʻs wonderful golf courses. The non-golfers in your group will spend the morning having a visit to Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial and a sightseeing tour around historic Honolulu.
1:00PM	Return to Waikiki to enjoy the afternoon on your own and a sunset.
7:00PM	Free time to explore the vibrant nightlife and shopping options or to enjoy a relaxing evening stroll along the beach.

Day 4: Polynesian Cultural Center

9:00AM	Enjoy Waikiki Beach on your own. Along the beach are options to rent surf gear, take in a lesson, ride a canoe and so much more.
12:00PM	Depart to the Polynesian Cultural Center the 2nd most popular attraction next to Pearl Harbor. Located on the North Shore of Oahu. Your Super Ambassador Level Guided Package includes a private tour guide, all admissions, Island Village Presentations like Samoa, Tonga, New Zealand, Tahiti, Fiji, and Hawaii. A Canoe Tour and New Canoe show called Huki!
5:00PM	You can then enjoy a luau or top-shelf Prime Rib Buffet Dinner. Afterward, the entertainment continues as we move over to the Pacific Theatre for the award-winning show with over 100 performers, named HA: Breath Of Life
9:00PM	After the show, you will have some time to enjoy the Hukilau Marketplace before returning to your hotel in Waikiki.

Day 5: Depart To Kahului, Maui

11:00AM	Check-out from the hotel. The concierge or front-desk can securely hold onto your luggage for any last-minute shopping or exploring before being picked up by your private guide who will shuttle you over to the airport for your flight to Kahului, Maui.
2:00PM	Meet your private guide on Maui who will provide a brief tour of the island on your way to a beachfront resort in Kaanapali or Wailea. Enjoy the rest of the evening exploring the resort. We can provide some recommendations for dinner or activities. Just ask us. We encourage you to sit back and enjoy the beautiful Maui sunsets and beaches.

Day 6: Kapalua Plantation Golf And A Hawaiian Luau

9:00AM	Your private guide will pick up the golfers for a round at the world famous PGA tour stop, the Kapalua Plantation. The non-golfers will be treated to a sightseeing tour of West Maui.
1:00PM	Your private guide will return all of the golfers and non-golfers back to your beachfront resort for a free afternoon to enjoy.
4:30PM	Your nigh is capped off with some of the best Polynesian shows and food on Maui. The Hawaiian luau is a heart-pounding show with a full all-you-can-eat buffet featuring some of the islandʻs tastiest traditional and local foods.

Day 7: Road To Hana Tour

6:30AM	Start your Road to Hana Adventure with hotel pickup by a friendly guide in a small group tour vehicle of 12 guests or fewer. They will take you over for a continental breakfast before heading out onto the narrow, winding roads.
8:00AM	After a light breakfast, your personal driver and guide for the day start out by heading up-country and around Haleakalaʻs backside. On this tour, you go all-around the large volcano that dominates the landscape of East Maui.
12:30PM	Lunch is included in this tour as we stop for a plate-lunch style meal at a flower farm or down near the beach. Tasty gluten-free and vegan options available.
5:30PM	The day ends as the guide returns you back to your hotel. A full day of incredible waterfalls, parks, overlooks, windswept views, stunning scenery, tropical rainforest, and a wonderful feeling of aloha that you get from visiting “Heavenly Hana”.

Day 8: Departure Day From Maui

11:00AM	Checkout from your hotel. The hotel front-desk can securely hold onto your luggage until your private guide comes to bring you to the airport.
VARIES	Spend the day exploring, grabbing some last-minute gifts for friends or family, and enjoy a restaurant or two.
Fight Time	Your private guide will pick you up at a time that makes your travel through the airport and onto your flight as stress-free as possible.

Effective January 1, 2021, all our vacation packages will automatically include Travel Insurance Plus – Full Travel Credit Insurance in all our Hawaii Vacation Packages.

Full Travel Credit Insurance
Our travelers can relax and travel in confidence. If needed travelers can cancel their trip for any reason and we will reschedule your trip with no cancellation fees for air, hotel, tours, and activities that you book with us.

Any additional charges will be due to price differential in seasonal changes during high season, specifically rebooking to summer months and holidays. Simply call us at 1-808-379-3701 or contact your 24/7 Local Concierge that assisted with your Hawaii vacation package. Guests can reschedule up to 72 hours prior to departure.

Full Cash Refund Insurance
Unlike the Full Travel Credit Insurance, the Full Cash Refund is a refund to the customer’s credit card of the full amount of their tour vacation purchase minus the cost of the insurance. The cost per person is listed below.

Vacation Packages of 4 Nights or less is $200 per person
Vacation Packages of 5 to 7 Nights is $250 per person
Vacation Packages of 8 Nights or more is $300 per person

Once the cancellation is initiated by the guest through their local concierge agent, the agent will then follow up with each vendor from the airline company, to local Hawaii hotels, transportation providers, and transfer companies, tour vendors, and any other vendor that provided part of your vacation package to cancel the trip and to refund Hawaii Tours and Activities LLC (HTA) the owner of HawaiiTours.com and once refund are received by HTA, HTA will then issue a credit to the guests original form of payment. Please note the refund process may take up to 2 to 3 billing cycles to show up on your credit card. The Airlines and Hotels generally take a little longer to process refunds and issue a credit back to HTA. The guest is issued a refund once all refunds have been received by HTA.

Children ages 11 and under will lower the package price if booking Three or Four guests let us know the child ages and we will refund you the difference after the booking is made.

What is Included in the golf packages?

We will include flights from the mainland, transportation on each island (including to-and-from the courses), 1 round at each of the courses chosen in your package (not including rentals, clothing, or other add-ons), activities for the non-golfers in the group, inter-island flights, resort rooms, trip insurance, and a 24/7 local expert.
Does your Golf package include meals and drinks?

Our Golf package does not include pre-paid meals, except for breakfast at select hotels and clubs. We believe in offering our guests the freedom to choose their preferred dining experiences daily. There are numerous restaurants and cafes available, offering a variety of local and international cuisines. Your guide will provide recommendations upon your arrival. Additionally, grocery stores and markets are accessible for purchasing food and drinks to prepare in your room or suite.
Can I bring my own gear?

You can bring your own gear and that will save you on rental fees at each of the courses (rentals are not included in the packages). Please be aware that no one walks the course in Hawaii. It is discouraged by management so each group will have a cart.
What hotels are included in the golf package?

We choose 4-star beachfront resorts for our vacation packages and provide transportation to the courses from those hotels. We can personalize the golf package to include nights at any resort of your choice on the island if there is availability. On certain tours, like the Nicklaus Designed Course tour, nights at the resort at the golf course on Lanai are not included in the base price.
Can We Change The Resorts Or Activities In The Package?

We customize our vacation package for each party. We will set up a holiday exactly the way you want to have it.
What Will Our Rooms Be Like?

Depending on the package and number of guests, you will be staying in single to quad-occupancy standard hotel rooms. If you would like to upgrade to an ocean view room, it is available at booking. On these packages, we provide for our guests with some of the best rooms, at the best resorts available for your time period and group needs. There are some resorts that are great but need room renovations while others are wonderful all around. We will work with the resorts to make sure you experience the best possible service.
