Seafood with flavors inspired by the Pacific rim, served steps away from the ocean surf. The culinary philosophy is to begin with only the freshest, most sustainable ingredients available. We work with over 160 local farms and approximately 75% of the food we serve is from the Island of Hawai’i. Our seafood is oven-roasted, flame-grilled, and wok-fired – fusing the flavors of Hawaii with Pan-Asian techniques. FOOD DESCRIPTION

Primarily a focus on locally caught, sustainable seafood prepared with a Pan-Asian twist. There is a huge appetizer selection including poke, lobster, and oysters. For your entrée, ask about the daily catch or choose from mahi mahi and tuna served with local corn and other seasonal vegetables. The menu also offers, steaks and chicken dishes with regional flavors and side dishes. A full sushi and nigiri menu is available including Ahi, Kanpachi, Hamachi, Kinmedai, Sakuradai, Chutoro, Otoro, Unagi, Saba, Awabi, and Ebi, to name a few.
