Kauai is an island with a rich history and culture, and that is reflected in the many legends and folktales that are passed down from generation to generation. From the story of Hiku and Kawelu to the legend of Naupaka, there are many fascinating tales to be heard on Kauai. But the real stories are just as interesting.
