Every one sits in or beside Waikīkī, walking distance from the Hawaii Convention Center, and every one is a shuttle departure point for the satellite gyms in Kapolei, Pearl City, Mānoa, Salt Lake, Kaimukī, Palama, and Lāʻie.

Room assignments are made by registered team, so your group stays together.

You don’t pick the property, and there’s a good reason for that: each hotel holds a minimum room block, and we assign teams so that your entire roster — players, coaches, and families — lands under one roof instead of scattered across Waikīkī. Trying to honour individual preferences is how groups end up split. Booking here also satisfies the stay-to-play requirement and keeps your team eligible for the Journey Pass travel stipend.

Shuttle Departures

Every partner hotel above is a shuttle departure point. Scheduled shuttles run to all nine tournament venues on play days, timed to both division blocks — 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Lāʻie days run differently.
BYU Hawaiʻi is the furthest venue from Waikīkī, so shuttles there are scheduled around the tournament and player schedule rather than on a continuous loop. Expect an earlier pickup and a later return, and check your welcome packet the night before.
Not staying at a partner hotel?
Pick the closest one from the list above and make your own way there each morning. Build in extra time on a Kapolei or Lāʻie day.
You’ll get your shuttle schedule at check-in,
in your 7Gen welcome packet — pickup points, departure times, and which venue your division plays at each day. Guests not staying at a partner hotel get theirs from a 7Gen rep on arrival.

What To Expect At Your Hotel

You don’t choose the property. Assignments are driven by room block minimums and keeping your team together. Your confirmation names your hotel once rooming lists are finalised.
Late checkout on departure day is arranged for tournament guests, and the hotel holds your bags until your airport shuttle leaves that evening.
Resort and amenity fees are not included in your package. Expect $30–$45 per room, per night, charged by the property and settled directly at checkout. Your confirmation lists the exact amount for your hotel.

Check-in is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Names must match government-issued ID at check-in. Hotels will turn away mismatched names.
The primary guest is responsible for check-in and a credit card on file for incidentals.
Parking is extra at every property and is not included in your package.

Can we request a specific hotel?

Tell us your preference and we'll try. Nothing is locked in stone — but assignments are driven by room block minimums and by how many supporters are traveling with your team, and keeping your whole group in one property comes first. A big travelling party gives us more options; a small one gives us fewer.
When do we find out which hotel we’re in?

Once your team's rooming list is finalised. Your confirmation email names the property.
Can our family book directly with one of these hotels instead?

You'd be booking outside the tournament block, which means your team needs a housing opt-out — and teams that book outside the block without opting out will not be able to play. Talk to your coach first.
Do all the hotels include breakfast?

Only Holiday Inn Express Waikīkī includes hotel breakfast. Every Complete Package and Experience Package guest gets meal vouchers covering Friday dinner through Monday breakfast regardless of property.
What are resort fees?

A daily charge levied by the hotel for amenities like wifi, pool access, and fitness facilities. Expect $30–$45 per room, per night depending on the property. They're separate from your package and paid directly to the hotel at checkout. Romer at the Ambassador offers a discounted amenity fee.
Why do the Outrigger properties need 10 rooms?

That's the minimum group size Outrigger will hold a block for. If your club can fill it, contact our team and we'll arrange it.
