Instructions

DOORS OFF FLIGHTS: Any loose items in the cabin must be left at our base, stowed, or removed for all doors-off flights – this includes extra camera lenses, selfie sticks, water bottles, purses, etc. The aircraft cabin does not allow hats, scarves, or loose items. Please wear closed-toe shoes. Flip-flops and shoes with open backs are not allowed. Sunglasses are OK to wear as our headset will hold them securely to your head. We recommend a light jacket as the cabin can be windy and chilly. If you have long hair, we recommend tying it back. Cell phones and cameras used to take photos during the flight require a wrist or neck strap – please bring your own, or you may purchase a lightweight one at our base upon check-in, depending on availability.

COMFORT SEAT UPGRADES: The weight and balance of helicopters are an important part of our safety program. An Extra Seat fee is assessed for guests weighing 240 lbs and over at check-in time.

How Old Do You Have To Be To Fly On A Helicopter? Do You Have Any Policies That Apply Only To Children?

Children under the age of two (2) fly free when seated in the lap of a paying adult – proof of age required for lap children under two (2). Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat. Children must be at least 12 years old to sit next to an open door while aircraft is in flight.
Should We Take Motion Sickness Pills Before Our Helicopter Flight?

If you are prone to motion sickness then we would suggest taking something before you fly. Our helicopters do provide a smooth ride and most people do great!
What Should We Wear For Our Helicopter Flight?

We recommend removing earrings as they can interfere with the seal of your headset causing discomfort and decreased functionality of the earpieces. The tightly fitting headsets may also bend or damage certain styles of earrings. Please wear dark-colored clothing. Lighter clothing will cause a reflection in any windows and show up in your photos as well as the photos of other guests.
