Kewalo Harbor, 1125 Ala Moana Blvd, Slip B1, Honolulu, HI 96814
Check In Time: 15 Minutes Prior to Departure
Departure Time: 7 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Parking is available at Kewalo Basin Boat Harbor for $2 per hour. Pay machines accept cash and credit cards. Please refer to the Kewalo Basin Boat Harbor Map in your confirmation email for parking areas and our boat’s location.

Cancellation

Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation prior to tour departure time. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No shows or cancellation made within 24 hours of a tour are not eligible for refund.
Weather Cancellation - In the event of unsafe weather or heavy rain we will cancel the tour. We will notify guests as soon as the cancellation is made. You will have the option of rescheduling (based on availability) or a full refund. If your ticket was purchased through a 3rd party, please refer to the refund policy of the business you purchased your ticket through in the event of a cancellation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring/wear?

Please bring a towel, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. In an attempt to conserve plastic, if you have your own water bottle please bring it, although water is provided free of charge onboard. We suggest wearing your swimming clothes to the trip. All snorkeling equipment will be provided but if you already have your own you are welcome to bring it along.
Do I need to know how to swim?

We do require basic swimming ability for anyone wishing to enter the water on this trip. If you do not know how to swim you will need to stay on the boat and can still enjoy seeing turtles that come to the surface to breathe!
Do you provide alcohol?

We love snorkeling and being in the water. Unfortunately, swimming and alcohol do not mix well. Because of this, alcohol is not permitted on our snorkeling trips. We do provide sodas, juices, water, and snacks. Guests who arrive and are under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted aboard on our snorkeling trips. On our BYOB Sunset Cruises you are welcome to bring alcohol, we just ask that you do not bring glass containers.
