Participants must confirm that everyone in their group meets the requirements of the following Guest Policy in order to join the tour.

All drivers MUST be at least 18 years of age to operate vehicles and MUST provide a valid Driver's License.
No recent surgeries, pregnant women, or any serious health conditions are allowed on tours. Serious neck/back/knee problems are not recommended.
Covered closed-toe footwear is REQUIRED for all tours and during water activities (applicable tours only). Water activities are subject to water conditions at the time of the tour.
Age restrictions apply: Ages 9 + are welcome to participate.
Guests are required to arrive on time. Tours operate on schedule and cannot wait for late guests. The option to reschedule with a $75 fee per vehicle will be presented to late arrivals.

Cancellation

There is no refund for no-shows. Tour must be canceled or changed at least 72 hours prior to the tour start time to receive a full refund.

The option to reschedule will be presented to late arrivals. Refunds will not be issued if participants are unable to reschedule.

What Does Kipu Ranch Provide On The Tour?

We provide well-maintained off-road vehicles, helmets, goggles, bandanas, water, and snacks. However, closed-toe shoes are required for your comfort and safety on the Kipu Ranch tour.
What Kind Of Vehicles Do You Have Available?

You can choose between two vehicles. A Kawasaki 750 4X4 TERYX-4 (seats 2-4) which features power steering, full-back performance seats, and premium suspension. The Teryx4’s operator-friendly controls and stylish interior will have drivers and passengers enjoying true luxury touring and off-road adventure. Or choose a Guide Driven Passenger (seats up to 3) for those not interested in driving their own vehicle. We also offer a Guide Driven option in a Kawasaki MulePro FXT where guests can ride along with a guide. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.
What Is The Arrival Time For The Tour?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time to sign waivers and to get geared up for your off-road adventure. Tours leave at designated times and will not wait for late arrivals. Actual tour time will begin shortly after all guests are checked in. Return times are approximate based on group size and riding conditions.
Is There A Tour Guide That Goes With Us And Explains What We Are Looking At Along The Way?

There will be a lead guide who will be driving their own ATV. They will have the group of drivers stop at various sites along the way, get out of the vehicle, and explain a bit about the area, the history, the culture, and more. While you are driving your own ATV, you will not be able to hear the lead guide.
