Fascinating Cultural Experiences
Immerse yourself in Hawaii's culture by mastering the techniques of weaving Ti leaf lei or kupe'e, pounding Kalo (taro) into Poi, and delving into the concepts of Malama Aina and Aloha Aina – a tribute to our bond with the land. Then, take a virtual voyage through Polynesia with our Kava presentation. Uncover the detailed rituals and traditions associated with this revered beverage, spanning not only Hawaii but also across the expansive Polynesian region.
A Feast Fit For A King
As the sun sets and your appetite grows, indulge like royalty in a lavish feast featuring an amazing array of traditional Hawaiian delicacies. With Kalua pork prepared fresh from the Imu and side dishes sourced from the acclaimed local Hawaiian food truck, Fat Poi, this dining experience promises to satisfy your palate. Fresh poke, Hawaiian sweet rolls, and several salads round out your meal.
Tradition-themed Entertainment
Originally, FireKnife dancing was about skillfully manipulating knives, serving as both a display of prowess and a symbol of intimidation. Brave warriors would perform a rhythmic, battle-like dance, showcasing their knife-wielding skills. Remarkably, these dances often took place on the eve of a battle. In 1946, Uluao "Freddie" Letuli, a Samoan American dancer, brought a new twist to the dance with fire. You can join our professional drummer, dance alongside our Fireknife dancer, and become a part of the unforgettable entertainment.
