While this Hawaiian tradition may look different now then it did during the time of King Kamehameha I it is simply a feast that features amazing food along with lively music and cultural performances. While the roots of the luau are Hawaiian, the diversity we enjoy here spans multiple cultures including the Philippines and greater Polynesia.
