Maui's ultimate zipline adventure takes you over several amazing locations as you fly through the air. With a focus on safety and fun, you can get everything you would want out of this experience and do so knowing you can focus your whole attention on the fun. There are up to 3.5 hours of ziplining, and it will feel like it went by way too quickly. You will have a lot of fun riding alongside your partner on a 4 or 6-dual zipline adventure.

On this tour, you cross an impressive 360 ft bridge, take a fun ATV ride, enjoy some stories from guides, and more. Our professional guides are with you all the way, providing cultural and ecological interpretation and information at scenic overlooks.

Hours: 6:30am to 6:00pm, daily

Guests must be between 60 lbs - 250 lbs and arrive 30 mins before your scheduled tour for check-in at 800 Office Road, Lahaina, HI 96761.

Requirements and Safety

Age: Minors aged 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the zipline course, while adults 18 or older are considered eligible to accompany minors. There is a minimum age of 10 to participate in the ziplining activities, and all participants must be at least 4 feet tall in order to safely enjoy this outdoor adventure.
Weight: Guests must weigh between 60 and 250 pounds in order to ride at Kapalua Ziplines. Weigh-ins are mandatory, and refunds are not given if you do not fall into this weight range.
Physical health: We’ve designed our courses to gradually prepare you for the higher, longer zip lines, so don’t let your fear of heights keep you from tackling this exciting experience. However, to participate, you should be in moderately good health, comfortable walking on uneven terrain or stairs, and able to stand for up to two hours. Pregnant women, those with existing injuries, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate.
Liability release form: Forms available on site; a parent or legal guardian must sign the release for guests under the age of 18.

Kapalua ziplines is not responsible for the loss of personal items. We recommend you remove hanging or dangling jewelry and rings.

Cancellation

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

Are There Any Age Restrictions For This Tour?

All children must be at least 10 years of age to participate in our zip-lining adventures. An adult 18+ years must accompany any children, 17 years of age and under.
How Safe Is This Activity?

Our zip line tours are incredibly safe. We pride ourselves on checking our equipment daily, using equipment that generally exceeds the industry standard, and having professionally trained guides.
Can I Wear Hats Or Sunglasses On This Tour?

Guests should feel free to wear hats or sunglasses on this tour. We only suggest wearing items that can either be adjusted to fit tightly or attached to the rider. Kapalua Ziplines is not responsible for the loss of any personal items.
What Is A Zipline Tour?

A zipline tour is a guided tour across multiple ziplines and breathtaking landscapes. You’ll start at one zipline and progress through the rest while viewing and learning about the beauty that you’re traveling through.

What Time Do I Need To Check In For My Tour?

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour at the main office located at 800 Office Road, Lahaina, HI 96761.
Can I wear crocs on a zipline tour?

Crocs or other similar footwear that could be easily dropped during a zip across a line is not allowed. Any sandals must be tied or strapped style.
