- Complete all required waivers and watch the pre-arrival safety video before arriving.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- Long pants are recommended for comfort while riding.
- Bring sunscreen and a refillable water bottle.
- Small cameras are welcome, but selfie sticks are prohibited.
- Follow your Wrangler's instructions at all times during the excursion.
- Inform staff of any physical limitations or medical concerns before participating.
Restrictions
- Minimum age requirement is 6 years old.
- Participants must be physically fit and mentally capable of horseback riding.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant individuals.
- Guests with recent or ongoing back, neck, hip, knee, or shoulder injuries are discouraged from participating.
- Riders experiencing balance or equilibrium issues should not participate.
- Loose or flowing clothing, including sundresses, ponchos, and rain gear, is not permitted while riding.
- Trotting and cantering are permitted only when appropriate for the rider's experience level and trail conditions.

Cancellation
Any request for a refund 72 hours or more before the tour or activity starts is honored with a full refund.
No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.
