Snorkeling can be a physically demanding activity, so having a basic level of fitness can help make the experience more enjoyable and less strenuous.
Meet us at our Ala Wai Harbor loading dock using Google or Apple Maps to navigate (please do not use the street address): See location
Free and paid parking is available, or you can walk from nearby hotels like Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ilikai, Prince, and The Modern. Please beware of No Parking signs so that you do not get towed.

Cancellation

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own food/drinks?

Absolutely. Sparkling water is included but feel free to bring any additional food and drinks. We have a large cooler with ice onboard to keep stuff cold in. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but cans are better than glass. Special arrangements and catering are available.
What should I wear?

We recommend dressing like you are going to the beach. There is a good chance you will get wet, even if you are not planning to swim. There is a little shade on the boat, but you will be out in the open most of the time. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat that won’t blow off are all very good ideas!
What should I bring?

We already have all the necessary snorkeling and safety gear on the boat. Sun protection (reef-safe sunscreen, hats, sunglasses—polarized are best if you have them), a waterproof camera or phone, maybe a towel, and a light snack/beverage are all good ideas.
Can you accommodate guests with special needs?

Usually, yes! While certain mobility limitations may make a ride on this type of boat difficult, we have been able to accommodate a variety of unique situations. The private nature of our tours means that the entire experience is tailored to you and your party. No strangers, no crowds, and no fixed itineraries to follow.
