Seating along the water's edge is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early ensures a prime spot in the shade. This entertaining 30-minute show features performers in costumes aboard water floats, gliding along the lagoon while sharing stories of Polynesian exploration, the town of Laie, and the origins of the Polynesian Cultural Center. The dancing is vibrant, and the music is captivating, making it a memorable experience for all.

"Hā: Breath of Life" has been called the best Polynesian entertainment in Hawaii. It is an amazing production that brings together over 100 performers alongside animation, dynamic lighting effects, surround sound, and even elements of fire! The core theme of "Hā" — which translates to 'breath' in Hawaiian — is a universal concept, highlighting the significance of family, love, culture, and tradition. You can walk through the center at your own pace to enjoy the various “islands,” and you can participate in any number of activities and demonstrations. You’re on your own schedule, so you can take your time and enjoy! If you want, you can head to the beautiful BYU-Hawaiʻi campus and stop at the historic Lāʻie Temple Visitors Center to wander through its stunning gardens and displays.
