We do not offer refunds for our classes due to limited space availability; however, we will honor a rain check or transferable option.
This means that if you are unable to attend your scheduled class time, you can rebook within the following week and have the same seat reserved for you in another session. We also offer transfers so someone else can take your place if necessary. Our classes fill up quickly so please give us adequate notice beforehand so we can accommodate everyone!
If a class size is 10 or less participants, the class will be cancelled 2 hours before the class starts and you will have a rain check issued for a future makeup class within the following week. However, due to unpredictable weather in Maui, we reserve the right to cancel classes 1 hour before they start if necessary. In such cases, no refunds are provided but rain checks can still be honored or transferred. We strive to provide our customers with quality services at all times and hope that our policies reflect this commitment.
