Whether you've been practicing yoga for a while or you're looking for a new challenge, Maui Goat Yoga is the perfect solution. Maui Goat Yoga lets you experience yoga in a whole new way, and it's a great way to have fun and get in some exercise. Classes are held outdoors in a beautiful location with playful goats who will help you relax and have fun while you exercise.

After the 45-minute yoga class, stay for a 30-minute Maui Goat Happy Hour. This is your chance to cuddle the goats, strike playful poses with them, and capture unforgettable photos. We call it Happy Hour because everyone leaves smiling and glowing with joy!

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our goats are sure to make your class memorable. Our playful goats will keep you entertained while our experienced instructor leads you through various moves and stretches. The goats make fun friends to interact with and make this a perfect activity for anyone 10 and up. This experience is fun for locals and visitors alike!

Sunset classes are available April 1 through September 30. Regular classes are held year-round.

Departure & Return

Classes are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Classes begin at 9:30 a.m. and last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

Instructions

Reservations Required. No walk-ins are allowed due to limited space.
Yoga mats are available for rent at $5 before the start of classes, including a mat towel.
Bring water, camera, sunscreen, hat, and a change of clothes.
Goat Information: Miniature goats, ranging from 10 to 70 lbs.
Footwear: Shoes or slippers can be worn during the class.
Class Capacity: Ranges from 10 to 50 people, up to 60 during holidays.

Cancellation

We do not offer refunds for our classes due to limited space availability; however, we will honor a rain check or transferable option.

This means that if you are unable to attend your scheduled class time, you can rebook within the following week and have the same seat reserved for you in another session. We also offer transfers so someone else can take your place if necessary. Our classes fill up quickly so please give us adequate notice beforehand so we can accommodate everyone!

If a class size is 10 or less participants, the class will be cancelled 2 hours before the class starts and you will have a rain check issued for a future makeup class within the following week. However, due to unpredictable weather in Maui, we reserve the right to cancel classes 1 hour before they start if necessary. In such cases, no refunds are provided but rain checks can still be honored or transferred. We strive to provide our customers with quality services at all times and hope that our policies reflect this commitment.

Is Goat Yoga Safe For The Goats And The Yogis?

Although there is always a small risk factor when exercising or engaging with animals, goat yoga is a safe way to relax and have fun. Our Nigerian Dwarf Goats have been hand raised from birth and love to interact with guests. Although some may try to jump and climb on you (especially the energetic babies!), they are not dangerous or harmful. The most they'll do is possibly leave a few pebbles of poop or try to take a nibble from your mat. Our goats are treated humanely and are never forced to do tricks or participate in any other way. They love to be pet and played with, which makes this a great combination!
Can I Book A Private Event?

Yes! Goat yoga is perfect for events such as birthdays, private parties, business outings, bachelorette parties, and more.
Can Children Join A Goat Yoga Class?

The minimum age to participate in a goat yoga class is 10 years old. Kids Maui Goat Yoga is also held throughout the summer while schools are out
Can you tell me how much time we need to build in to drive from Wailea (Andaz) to yoga class?

The goat yoga class is located on a farm in the Keokea area of Upcountry Maui. This is about a 55 minute drive from Wailea.
