Your driver will ensure you arrive with plenty of time for check-in before returning to pick you up after your adventure.

Instructions
- Transportation is available for tours and activities located on Hawaiʻi Island.
- Please be ready at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- Pickup times are based on your activity's scheduled check-in.
- Airport transfers are not included with this service. Please book an airport shuttle if you are traveling to another island for a tour or activity.
- Guests should provide their accommodation information during booking.
- Early morning pickups between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM may incur an additional transportation fee.
Cancellation
Any request for a refund 72 hours or more before the tour or activity starts is honored with a full refund.
No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.
