Take a 55-minute journey from Hilo down to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and circling back up again. Along this journey, you will see lava flows (active when available), rainforests, amazing sea arches, and so much more.
After lift-off, we head down the coast, with itʻs incredible sea arches, black sand beaches, and newly formed land from the latest eruption in the area. The dramatic changes will be quite shocking to all familiar with the area before 2018. Our tour circles Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, where you can see various craters and remnants of lava flows from the not-so-distant past.
We then hug the mountains and witness incredible rainforests and lush valleys as we make our way back towards Hilo and see the recent eruptions from Mauna Loa. Our 55-minute tour brings you back safely to Hilo, after a full circle of the South-Eastern part of the island.
