Description

Don't really fancy swaying along with all the road's curves to Hāna, but still want to enjoy this beautiful area? You can skip over them completely with this tour. This is a day of fun, flying, and exploring without motion sickness. This sightseeing tour is one of the best things you can do in Maui if you want to go to Hāna.

You will drive to the Kahului airport and head to the smaller commuter terminal for a quick and easy check-in for a flight to Hāna. (You can order a guided tour to and from your resort.) We don't have to deal with the long lines like at the main terminal. You will catch glimpses of the waterfalls, beautiful coastlines, and mountains during your 20-minute flight to Hāna.

In Hāna, your guide will meet you at the airport for about 6 hours of exploring, eating, swimming, and storytelling before your return flight. Your guide will show you different-colored beaches, caves, blowholes, waterfalls with swimming pools, and great food stops. Maui is famous for our food trucks, and we'll be sure to stop at a couple of our favorites. We will try the local fruit and treats, visit old friends, and make a whole lot of memories.

Your flight will take you back to Kahului just before sunset, so you will see beautiful scenes as you make your way back to your hotel after a full, beautiful day.

It is not included in the standard tour although you can purchase an extended tour option for your group for a guided tour to and from your hotel.
Is food included in this tour?

We encourage our guests to spend money directly with the family farms, local vendors, and roadside food trucks. They are an important part of the community so we take you to places where you can support the locals while enjoying some of the freshest, tastiest food on the island.
Is this in a jet? How big is the plane?

No, this is a medium-sized, propeller-driven plane with between 16 and 34 seats on the average flight to Hana. In most cases, everyone gets a window seat. You will get the opposite view on the way back so keep your eyes peeled.
