All our private tours include a pick-up at your hotel, condo, or residence, anywhere on the island. Primarily, our private tours will take guests down the Hāna Highway. We can take various routes depending on your group size and vehicle availability.

Please dress for all weather. A light jacket and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Garden Of Eden
This stop along the road to Hana is a private garden with beautiful flora and fauna as well as a beautiful waterfall scene to look down on. This takes about 45-minutes to explore this well manicured garden with pathways, plant signage and more.

Hana Cave
Go deep into the earth into a lava tube. Carved by flowing lava many centuries ago, you can see the different types of lava, rock and formations on this 30 minute underground exploration with lights included.

Kahanu National Tropical Garden
The garden is more of a historical site than what you would think of as a garden. The trees, and plants have a purpose or a story behind them. The centerpiece of the area is one of the largest heiaus (temples) in Hawaii.

Skip The Highway Flight Lesson & Tour
For smaller groups, you can have an actual flying lesson to or from Hana in a small plane. It is a great way to bump up your vacation a notch and get hooked on flying yourself. Your guide can meet you in Hana for a land tour!

Cancellation

Any request for a refund prior to 7 days is honored with a full refund (50% refund for cancellations made 4–6 days prior). There is no refund for no-shows. No refunds issued for any tours within the 3 days period, prior to the start of your tour.

For any cancellation request to be valid, it must be submitted by email to [email protected] or talk to one of our live agents at 808-379-3701. Any refund request left on voice mail, social messaging platform, or sent to any other email will not be considered valid.

Can I Get A Refund If I Cancel My Tour?

We have a strict 72-hour cancellation policy and no refund is given after that time. Anytime before that, we provide a 100% refund on your tour so you can book now without any worry if your plans change.
How Big Of A Group Can We Handle?

There is no group that is too large for us to organize a private tour for. Our biggest vehicles are 24 passenger mini-buses so your group will be split across multiple vehicles. For even larger groups, we will work with one of our transportation providers, so you get the best experience possible. We do specialize in groups under 12 and provide tours using our Jeeps, SUVs, Minivans and Mercedes Sprinter vans.
I Want To Do The Road To Hana, How Many Hours Is That?

The road to Hana takes about 10 hours if you make a lot of stops for only a little bit of time. We recommend adding more time at checkout if you are planning to hit a number of places like the caves or botanical gardens. You donʻt want to rush to some of these places. The tour starts on pickup so if your tour starts in Kapalua, be prepared for a 12-hour day.
Do Any Of Your Vehicles Have Washrooms On-Board?

None of the vehicles that travel the road to Hana are large enough to have a washroom inside. There are many stops along the way that have questionable cleanliness. The guides will make sure to find you all the clean bathroom stops at the right times when you need them. They even have extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies too!
Do You Provide Tours From The Cruise Ships?

We provide private tours from the cruise ships docking at Kahului and tethering at Lahaina. Doing a full tour to Hana from Lahaina is sometimes not possible due to available time. A tour needs at least 10 hours to get to Hana and back at a comfortable pace. We always customize the tours for our guests' expectations and timing. We want you to have the best day on Maui.
