Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure time for check in. This ensures we can leave on time.
To keep you safe from the sun, we recommend you bring a hat and wear reef-safe sunscreen.
In the name of helping safeguard the beautiful sea creatures of the Pacific, please listen to any and all instructions you are given regarding them.

Cancellation

Guests may cancel a tour with a full refund 24 hours, or more, prior to their scheduled tour departure time. No-shows will be charged full price.

120 hours (5 days) notice is required to be eligible for a full refund. Less than 5 days but more than 48 hours notice will lose the trip deposit (or 20% of total payment) without exception. Trips canceled with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows may be charged full price without exception.

Will I see humpback whales?

If you are lucky enough to be in Hawai'i during the winter months from December to April, you may see humpback whales in the water on their annual migration.
Should I bring a camera?

We recommend bringing a camera to capture the incredible marine life. GoPro videos can also be taken by safety drivers to be purchased after the tour on request.
What if the conditions are not good for the tour?

Tours will run rain or shine. All tours are however subject to change or may be canceled due to the weather or unforeseen circumstances. A minimum of 6 passengers is required for the tour to run. Should the tour be canceled, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
