Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full cash refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

For any cancellation request to be valid it must be submitted by email to [email protected] or talk to one of our live agents at 1- 808-379-3701. Any refund request left on voice mail, social messaging platform, or sent to any other email will not be considered valid.

What Happens If The Excursion Gets Canceled?

There are only a few unlikely reasons why the cruise would get canceled. These include when there are less than 6 passengers scheduled for the cruise on any specific day, as well as the rare chance of inclement weather. If any of the above occur, we will reschedule your reservation to another day or offer a full refund of the ticket price.
How Many People Can I Bring On This Cruise?

Each raft can accommodate up to 16 passengers. We also have multiple rafts to accommodate larger groups. Please call Captain Zodiac Raft Expeditions to reserve multiple rafts.
Are There Any Restrictions To Who Can Join On This Trip?

The minimum age to join this excursion is 7 years old. Due to the bouncy nature of our journey, persons with weak backs, elderly people who may be too frail, and expecting mothers are not permitted on this trip.
