Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full refund. No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside the 72-hour cancellation period.

Will I need to sign anything?

Yes, we will have a waiver for you to sign. Please read carefully and answer accurately.
Is there an age requirement?

There is. For safety reasons, the open water dives require guests to be at least 10 years old, and the more advanced lessons require guests be over 12. Divemaster courses require all guests be over 18.
How safe is this experience?

Scuba diving does come with some risk, however you will be instructed by some of the best divers in the world, including former members of the Navy Seals, and the different courses allow you to find one that matches the level of difficulty you are comfortable taking on.
