Description

On the Sea Lion Encounter tour, guests will be able to observe these beautiful creatures from dry land while they swim around their habitat. Our knowledgeable guides will impart interesting facts about sea lions such as their life cycle, diet habits and more. Guests can also learn how to recognize different species of sea lions by observing their body shape or fur coloration. In addition to learning about them in this natural environment setting, guests can even participate in fun activities that involve feeding the sea lions treats like fish or squid!

Instructions

It is MANDATORY to arrive 1 hour before the program starts. If you are late or do not show up for check-in, you will not be allowed to participate and there will be no refunds given.
Park admission is included with the program.
Bring your own towel and swimwear. Changing facilities are available.
No jewelry of any kind is allowed, including necklaces, bracelets, hats, glasses, sunglasses, hair ties, rings, wedding rings, piercings or 3D nail art. If you are unable to remove any of these items you will not be able to participate in the program and no refund will be issued.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this program due to its physical nature.
A maximum of 4 children aged 8-12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years old or older at all times during the activity.
All guests of Sea Life Park must pay an admission fee to enter.
Cameras are not allowed in the park area.
An ID may be required for use of major credit cards for payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any session due to animal welfare and safety concerns.
Anyone acting in a way that jeopardizes the safety of animals, other people, or themselves, will be prohibited from taking part in the activity and not receive a refund.
All participants or their legal guardians are required to sign a release of liability and waiver form before participating

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment or booking. If you fail to cancel your reservation within this timeline, or if your party fails to show up for the service, you will be charged the full amount.

If you will not be utilizing the included transportation option, there is parking for $5 per day, per vehicle. Those who enjoy lunch at Beachboy Lanai are eligible for free parking as well and can receive more information at the parking booth.

Activities at Sea Life Park include up-close encounters with dolphins, sea lions, turtles, penguins and reef fish. This sprawling aquarium is considered a great educational animal park for families with multiple opportunities to swim with dolphins! Sea Life Park is 15 miles from Waikiki. Depending on traffic, it takes about 30 minutes to drive to the Makapu’u side of the island.
