Looking for a unique yoga experience? Come try SUP yoga with us! SUP yoga is a great way to relax and connect with nature. We offer a paddling lesson beforehand so that you can learn the basics of SUP, have a leisurely paddle, then it’s time for a yoga class. This experience is suitable for all levels, no experience necessary. So come out and join us! You’re sure to have a fun and relaxing time.

Join us for a yoga paddleboard SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) class at Ala Moana Beach! This yoga class is perfect for all levels, especially beginners. We start the session with a brief introduction on the beach, discussing important safety precautions and proper paddle technique so you can feel confident and comfortable on the water. Then we head down to the water and enjoy a leisurely paddle in the calm, protected waters. This is the perfect time to spot turtles and enjoy the golden morning light on the water. Please note, you should be comfortable swimming or wearing a lifejacket as we will be in deep water.
After a 15-minute break, we will begin our SUP yoga class. This class is also designed for all levels, especially beginners. We anchor the boards in waist-deep water and enjoy a playful yoga flow class. We challenge ourselves with balance poses and strengthening postures while experiencing yoga in a beautiful natural setting. After all our hard work, we enjoy a blissful float under the warm Hawaiian sun. Relax and renew your mind and body in this unique yoga experience.

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full cash refund. No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.
This class is perfect for anyone who has never stepped on a paddle board or taken a yoga class, as well as anyone with yoga and/or SUP experience. SUP is a fun and unique way to enjoy the water. Because you stand at full height on your paddleboard, you have a completely different perspective of your surroundings. You can see things in the water that you would never be able to see from the shore, and you can admire the beauty of the horizon. paddleboarding is also a great workout for your whole body. And, once you get the hang of it, paddleboarding is actually quite easy!
Looking for a yoga class that will help you relax and get in touch with nature? This unique class incorporates a flowing sun salutation practice with traditional yoga poses, all while enjoying the peacefulness of being on the water. No experience is necessary, and beginners are welcome. We’ll provide all the equipment you need, so just come ready to have some fun! The class will end with a relaxing savasana meditation, so you can let go of all your worries and simply enjoy the gentle rocking of the waves. Come join us for an unforgettable yoga experience!
Combining SUP and yoga gives you a full body workout and it’s relaxing at the same time. Paddleboarding requires that you maintain your balance while you work your upper body. Keeping your arms straight and twisting from your torso as you paddle. Adding some yoga poses into the workout on the water makes for a unique challenge. When we get onto the water, we will incorporate a mindful flow in modified sun salutations and work on various standing poses while learning how to adjust our yoga practice to the water.
