We are located in the Northwest corner of Ala Wai Harbor, behind the Prince Waikiki Hotel. Look for our signs that say “Three Tiki Sailing Check-In.”

Important: If using Lyft, enter 95 Holomoana Street to get to the correct location. Do NOT type "Three Tiki Sailing" as it will take you to our mailing address, not the boat dock.

Cancellation

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

All passengers are responsible to be on time which is 20 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time to account for traffic, parking, check-in process, etc. Our boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time to insure that our guests get the full tour that they were promised. It is unfair to cut into our other passengers tour time to wait for guests who failed to make the proper arrangements. Guests who miss the boat because they are late for ANY reason will not be refunded so please make sure to make the proper arrangements to arrive 20 minutes before scheduled departure time.

When preparing for your snorkel, we recommend bringing a few essentials to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Don’t forget to pack sunglasses, hats and sunscreen for added sun protection, a towel to dry off with, and a camera to capture all the memorable moments. Please bring a valid ID if you plan on consuming alcohol (21 and over), and wear easy-to-remove shoes since we keep our decks shoeless for comfort and cleanliness. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages, including alcohol, to make the day even more enjoyable!
Is there storage on the boat?

Yes, there is storage available on the boat! We have dry cubbies below deck that are perfect for storing personal items such as shoes, backpacks, and purses. This ensures that your belongings stay safe and dry throughout your journey, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience without any worries.
Is tip included in the ticket?

No, tips are not included in the ticket price. It is customary to tip your crew 15-20% as a way of showing appreciation for their hard work and dedication to making your experience unforgettable. If you enjoyed your time on the tour and felt the crew went above and beyond, consider showing them some aloha with a generous tip!
