Description
Hawai’i is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, and the Big Island is no exception. On this tour, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in the Kona or Kohala area and take you on an unforgettable journey to Waipio Valley. On the way, you'll pass through Waimea and Parker Ranch, before hopping on a 4WD van and heading to the Waipio Valley overlook. Your guide will share the stories and legends of this special place while you marvel at Hawai’i Island’s tallest waterfall: Hi'ilawe Falls.
In the afternoon, we'll head to Akaka falls, and if weather permits, you will get to swim under Kulaniapia private waterfall. When we reach Hilo, you will visit the famous Rainbow Falls, home to the Hawaiian goddess Hina. The adventure ends with the return to Kona or Kohala Coast resorts via Saddle Road, a scenic drive nestled between Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea.
