Multiple Height Options

If you are new to parasailing, the Xtreme experience has options to help make your first time parasailing more fun and approachable. Some guests love this experience on their first try, but if you are hesitant around heights you may want to consider a lower level. The Standard Parasail starts at 700 feet, and the Deluxe Parasail goes up to 850 feet.

If your whole party wants to go parasailing, but you don’t want to or are not able to partake in the experience we have an option for you. As a non flying observer you will be able to enjoy the ride in the high speed boat, enjoy views from the open water, and of course take pictures of your friends and family as they soar above the water.

Take flight over the gleaming ocean of Hawaii and sail over waves and surf. Vibrant blue water stretches out from the coasts of Hawaii, offering unmatched views from the air. Parasailing is an adventurous and fun way to take in the sights of the ocean with the peace of mind that our expert staff offers to make your trip safe and exciting!

The tour will begin with boarding the high speed parasailing boat and heading out to the beautiful open ocean that surrounds Honolulu. The 4 person crew aboard the boat will help each guest prepare for their parasailing adventure as they take turns enjoying the 11 minute flight time 1000 feet above the water. After each guest who will be parasailing has taken their turn the crew will head back to Honolulu Harbor to disembark.

Be sure to arrive at the boat slip 30 minutes prior to your tour’s start time to check in, meet the crew, and receive a safety briefing.

Return is expected to be 1 hour from departure.

Cancellation

Late cancellation of any portion of your party will result in a late cancellation fee for that portion of your party.
All sales are considered final.
Cancellations for up to five people must be done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity.
Cancellations for six or more people must be done at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled activity.
Any reservations not cancelled within the terms of this policy will not be refunded.
Same day cancellations are a full charge.
Rescheduling of any portion of your party will result in a $10 per person/per activity fee.

Can I Accompany My Child/Spouse/Friend If I’m Not Interested In Parasailing?

You're more than welcome to accompany a parasailer with an "Observer" ticket. These tickets let you watch all the action at less than half the price.
Are There Any Age Restrictions For This Tour?

All parasailers must be at least 5 years of age for this high-flying adventure.
What Should I Wear?

We recommend you wear a bathing suit that fits closely (to withstand the extreme winds). For women, we recommend a snug one-piece. For men, close-fitting swim trunks are ideal.
What Is The Max Amount Of People On The Boat?

The max number of people who can parasail at a time is 2. There may be up to 8-12 people on the boat with you. Some guests can be observers while others will participate in the ride.

How long are you in the air for parasailing?

The parasail can handle two people at a time and you will have about 11 minutes in the air, soaring high above the skyline or right close to the water.

Is it recommended to wear swimsuits for parasailing?

Yes, it is recommended not to bring anything you donʻt want to get wet. You donʻt have to wear a swimsuit but if you choose to try to water ski (glide very close over the water, you may get wet or dipped into the ocean.)
