The Sheraton Kauai Resort features an Ocean Pool that is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm daily. There is also a Garden Pool and a whirlpool, and towels are provided by the resort.

The fitness center at the Sheraton Kauai Resort is one of the best on the island. It’s open 24 hours a day, so you can always find time to work out, and it has everything you need to get in a good workout. There are cardio machines, free weights, and weight machines, as well as fitness classes and morning oceanfront yoga.
