We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience on our Wa’a He’e Nalu. However, there are some physical requirements that all guests must meet in order to participate. Our tours are physically demanding, and guests need to be able to paddle and enter and exit the canoe in the water.
Children under the age of three are not allowed on the tour for safety reasons. All guests are required to wear a life jacket at all times. Women who are pregnant or those with preexisting medical conditions that hinder their ability to perform the tasks required are not advised to participate in the tour.
Our steersmen reserve the right to cancel a tour if they feel certain conditions of the guests will impede the safety of others and themselves.
