After checking in 20 minutes before the 2:15 PM departure, settle in and enjoy a relaxing cruise through the warm waters surrounding Hawaiʻi as you search for magnificent humpback whales during their annual migration season. During this 1.5-hour whale watching cruise, you may witness spectacular whale behaviors such as breaching, tail-slapping, and playing at the surface while learning more about whales and local marine life from your knowledgeable captain and crew. The vessel maintains a safe distance from the whales, while still allowing you to enjoy memorable sightings when they approach the boat. Meeting and pick-up:
Big Island, Departing from Kona’s Honokōhau Harbor
352-429 Kealakehe Pkwy,
Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
Directions: As you enter the Honokōhau Harbor stay straight, do NOT turn right. Continue straight (all boats will be on your right and no boats on your left). Once you reach the yellow locked gate, turn right into the parking lot. Check in at the Hawaiʻi Nautical slip in the Outer Basin, slip #38, 20 minutes before departure.
