Weights will be taken at the time of check in with all items going on the helicopter with you. Due to legal and safety reasons, if weight limits are exceeded at the time of check in, we will not be able to accommodate the tour and is non-refundable.

Weight

Max individual weight of 275 pounds.
For groups of 3 passengers, no more than one person can be over 200 pounds.
Weights will be taken at the time of check-in with all items going on the helicopter with you. Due to legal and safety reasons, if weights taken are over the restriction we will not be able to accommodate the tour and you are still responsible for the full cost.

Cancellation

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full cash refund. No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows.

There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

How do we prepare for our flight?

Please arrive for check-in 40 minutes before your scheduled flight. All passengers must be weighed with their clothing and personal belongings, including items they plan to bring on the helicopter. For doors-on flights, darker outer layers may help reduce window reflections when taking photos.
Can I choose my seat?

Every seat is a window seat, giving you an excellent view throughout the flight. Seating is arranged based on aircraft weight and balance, but the crew will do their best to accommodate seating preferences when possible.
What if our flight gets canceled due to weather?

For safety reasons, the pilot may reschedule or cancel a flight due to weather or flight conditions. If the operator cancels your flight, you can receive a full refund or reschedule based on availability.
Can I talk to the pilot during the tour?

Yes. Your private pilot will share insights about Oʻahu’s history, culture, and natural beauty throughout the flight. You can also ask questions when conditions allow.
Can I experience motion sickness during the flight?
