No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

What should I wear for the tour?

Wear comfortable clothing, with long pants and closed-toe shoes recommended for the best riding experience. Helmets are mandatory and are provided by the tour operator at no additional cost.
Are there any age or weight requirements?

Yes. Riders must be at least 8 years old, and the maximum weight limit is 230 lbs (104 kg). For safety reasons, pregnant guests and children under 8 years old are not permitted to participate.
Can I take photos during the ride?

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring a phone or small camera, and the guides provide complimentary photos at the tour's scenic photo spot. Small personal items can also be stored in the saddlebags attached to the horses.
