Itinerary

March-September 5:30 PM Check-in; October-February 5:00 PM Check-in

5:30 pm – Check-in starts at the Beach Lawn next to the Sheraton Kauaʻi Resort pool. Evening begins with a lei greeting, local appetizers, open bar, Polynesian entertainment, and demonstrations.
6:00 pm – Dinner buffet begins and includes pre-show entertainment with a variety of songs and dancer.
7:00 pm- Our journey through Polynesian begins featuring songs and dances of Hawaiʻi, Tahiti, New Zealand, and Samoa by Kauaʻi’s Urahutia Productions.

Cancellation

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

What Kinds Of Foods Are In The Dinner Buffet?

The buffet features Hawaiian cuisine, including roasted pork, poi, poke, and fish. Please note that we do offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.
Is There Transportation Available From The Cruise Terminal In Lihue?

There are options for taxi and ride-sharing services that you can book on your own from the Lihue cruise ship terminal. If you would like us to arrange transportation, please let us know at checkout. There will be an extra fee.

Do they ever cancel these luaus due to rain?

Most of the luaus in Hawaii are outside. They will cancel and try to reschedule if they expect the rain to impact the experience and make people miserable. Since there is always a little rain on Kauai, you may get a light sprinkle at some point and not need to cancel. The luaus have facilities and plan for that.
