Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

How Long Is The Private Morning Snorkel Charter?

The private morning charter lasts 4–6 hours, giving you plenty of time to sail, snorkel, and enjoy Maui’s beautiful coastline
What if I don’t know how to swim?

While knowing how to swim is very important for a snorkeling trip we do provide pool noodles and flotation belts for our guests. Our crew will also provide guidance for best snorkeling practices. Your safety is our top priority.
Will we get to swim with turtles?

Several of the spots we visit are known for turtles sightings, but please keep in mind that they are wild animals in the open ocean.
Are Food And Drinks Included?

Yes. A light breakfast with local fruits and baked goods, a deli-style lunch, and non-alcoholic beverages including water, juice, and soda are included. Alcohol is not included, but guests may bring their own onboard.
Where Will We Go Snorkeling?

Depending on conditions, the crew may take you to a private snorkeling spot near West Maui’s Pali cliffs or a satellite reef off North Kihei. These spots are accessible only by boat.
