Instructions

Wear solid dark-colored clothing. Our helicopters are temperature controlled so dress comfortably but dark clothing is preferred as this will cause less reflection in the windows to allow a clear view of all the sights. We recommend closed-toed shoes.
Do not go SCUBA diving within 24 hours or SNUBA 12 hours prior to your tour. You may snorkel or swim prior to your tour and there is no risk in SCUBA or SNUBA after your helicopter tour.
Arrive on time to check in. We need to complete a required safety briefing and prepare each passenger prior to the tour, so arriving on time will make your whole tour experience better.

Cancellation

Please email, chat or call us to request a cancellation of your flight. Fill out the form on our contact us page to make sure it gets to us right away.
You can cancel your helicopter tour at any time for a full cash refund if you let us know more than 7 days prior to your tour start date with no hassles. Most of our helicopter tours have a 72-hour cancellation policy but depending on the time of year and group size, this could be extended by the vendor to 7 days. Our blanket policy is 7 days. The individual product page will clarify if that particular flight has that longer cancellation period. Depending on the particular tour, there may only be a partial credit.
There are no refunds if you decide to cancel within the 72-hour period. Any tours purchased within 72-hours of the start date, there are no refunds for no shows or cancellations.
Full refunds are provided at any time if we must cancel your tour due to safety, staff issues, or equipment availability reasons.

Will I get motion sickness?

If you are especially susceptible to motion sickness, it’s a good idea to take precautionary anti-motion sickness medication. However, our flights are known for their smoothness, with slow and gentle turns. This is a professional scenic tour rather than a thrill ride, and most people do not experience motion sickness and find that medication is unnecessary.
What should I wear?

Dress comfortably, like you would for any outdoor activity in Hawaii. However, if you choose a doors-off tour, your flight will be windy and cold, so jackets and/or sweatshirts are required and long pants are recommended. Closed toed shoes are also required for doors-off tours. Hats are often not allowed on board your flight. Lastly, for anyone with long hair – a hair tie is recommended.
