Visitors coming to Hawai‘i are often looking for some quality beach time at a great location. We deliver it on this adventure! We start your morning with pickup at or near your Waikīkī accommodation and head to a couple of beautiful overlooks to take in the morning beauty.

From there we wrap around the North Shore, stopping at various stops along the way. We take a break for lunch on your own and your guide will show you some sample foods you can purchase for your beach picnic.

Our final and best stop of the day is at a private beach accessible by a short canoe ride. There will be plenty of time to have fun with beach toys, SUP, kayaking, and playing volleyball, or you can just relax on this secluded stretch of sand. Description

Start your morning with a local guide meeting you at a pickup location at or near your accommodation in Waikīkī. They will drive you safely down many scenic roads throughout the day as you go from one great stop to another. There are many beautiful things to see across the island so your guide will decide when and where to stop depending on the day.

We will make a brief stop at Diamond Head Lookout and take a drive through a million-dollar neighborhood before heading out of the Honolulu area. We head up into the mountains to look out from the Nu‘uanu Pali lookout. This historic site is where the last major battle occurred that unified all Hawaiian Islands, turning them into a single kingdom.

Our tour makes a stop for lunch on your own where your guide will also show you some great local foods that will love to take to the beach. You can also take a full meal to the beach if you choose. There are plenty of good spots to enjoy it.

The major feature of this adventure is a long afternoon stop at a beautiful beach on Secret Island, where you can frolic away the day. There will be beach toys, chairs, kayaks, SUP, a volleyball court, and other amenities for you to enjoy for over 2+ hours. Our guide will put on a show at the beach for you with coconut husking and other fun cultural demonstrations.

After enjoying the beach and checking out some movie sites in Honolulu, your guide will return you back to your Waikīkī accommodations in the late afternoon.

9:00 AM - Halona Blowhole

Stop along the way for a picnic lunch in Waimānalo or Kāneʻohe. Stops for lunch options include some classic locations like the Poi Factory, a local guide favorite.

Are Meals Included In This Adventure?

Meals will be purchased on your own. Our guide will take you to a local food store and show you some of the great options that we locals love. You will be able to take your food to go so you can enjoy a picnic at the beach. We will make stops for snacks and treats throughout the day that you can purchase as well. We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle for use throughout the day. Please don't bring single-use plastics on this tour.
How long Do We Spend At The Beach?

You will enjoy about 2+ hours at the beach with travel to and over the pond on the canoe will take about 15 minutes each way. We encourage our guests to try out the different watersports available like SUP and kayak to get a lot of value out of their time. This beach is perfect for beginners or kids to learn. Kayak and SUP rentals in Waikīkī can be expensive or not available, or hard to learn in wave conditions.
Can You Pickup At Location Other Than Those Listed?

For our guests who are staying at AirBnB addresses or resorts outside of the Waikīkī area, including Ko Olina or Hawaii Kai, transportation can be arranged to our office in Honolulu, and meet your guide there. For an extra fee, we can arrange transportation anywhere on the island for you.
