Please arrive for check-in at 7:30 AM. The tour departs promptly at 8:00 AM. Head to our check-in location at Ala Wai Harbor, situated at Pau Hana Place, where Holomoana Street meets Ala Moana Boulevard near the Prince Hotel. Look for signs that say “Three Tiki Sailing Check-in” and our distinctive blue and white flags. Our check-in area is located inside the Pau Hana Place food venue, under the white tents.

Your purchase is 100% refundable, provided you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours (for group charters) or 72 hours (for private charters) prior to its check-in time. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours at any time due to weather or capacity.
