Kualoa Ranch is a working cattle ranch located on the windward side of Oahu. The ranch is 4,000 acres in size and has been in operation since 1850. The ranch uses traditional Hawaiian farming methods and the Aloha Aina Tour allows visitors to see firsthand how these methods are used to produce fresh, locally grown produce. The tour includes a visit to the ancient fishponds (Moli’i), where you can see how the Hawaiian people have managed these resources for centuries. You will also get to see how the aquaculture industry works and what goes into raising these animals. At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste some of the produce grown on the farm, making this an ideal way to experience all that Hawaii has to offer.
