This Jurassic e-Mountain Bike Tour will take you to all the iconic sites in both Hakipu’u and Ka’a’awa Valleys. You will see the sites made famous in Jurassic Park, Jurassic World, Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, Jumanji, and more! Riding out in the open allows for magnificent panoramic views.
Choose from the 2-hour tour for novice riders, designed for a more leisurely ride, or the 3-hour Ultra tour, designed for those seeking a faster pace and a technical ride through diverse terrain. Description
Cruise through Kualoa’s valley roads, pastures, and trails on an e-Mountain Bike. You still must peddle, but these state-of-the-art e-bikes have a small electric motor that gives you a boost up the hills and throughout the ride, making for a fun, active, and eco-friendly experience getting out into nature. Our novice experience travels ~6 miles through the Kualoa and Ka’a’awa valleys, making 4-5 stops along the journey, providing great photo ops and beautiful views. For more confident and frequent riders, we offer an intermediate-level tour with a faster ride throughout more varied terrain and trails. You’ll cover ~9.5 miles of dirt trails, ridges, and valleys. We’ll have your bike adjusted for you and begin with a safety assessment and short practice ride before starting the tour.

Itinerary
There are several departure times daily. You can drive to Kualoa Ranch in your own vehicle or schedule a pickup in Waikīkī. There is a 2-hour tour for novices and a 3-hour tour for more advanced riders.
Instructions
- MUD HAPPENS! Tours go out rain or shine, so we recommend checking the weather and bringing a change of clothes in case conditions are wet, muddy, or dusty.
- All riders are required to successfully pass our test course, demonstrating the skills to competently ride an e-mountain bike on varied terrain. If you are unable to demonstrate the ability to safely ride, you may be cancelled and offered a replacement tour subject to availability. No refund will be offered.
- Basic safety standards that our tour guides look for: Ability to steer and handle varied terrain (turning and cornering without going off trail/track), shift gears (down shift, up shift, control while shifting and riding), brake (controlled use of both brakes, no skidding, no sudden braking), and overall control (balance, control of pedals, trail debris avoidance, pace), etc.
- Minimum age is 10 years old. If Participant is under the age of 18, parent/guardian will need to participate in this tour and sign liability waiver for minor.
- Closed-toe shoes required.
- Height and weight requirements per e-bike manufacturer guidelines:
- Height: between 4’9” – 6’5” (1.44m – 2m)
- Weight: between 85 – 250 pounds (38kg – 114kg)
- One rider per bike. Helmets are provided.
- Guests with back problems or other health concerns and expecting mothers are not advised to participate in this tour.
- Advanced reservations are recommended as tours may sell out.
- The tour time includes training and safety briefing.
Cancellation
Any request for a refund prior to 72 hours is honored with a full cash refund. In the event of cancellation or request change to your reservation, please note the following. Most Hawaii Tours & Activities originating from Oahu, there is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability. No refunds issued for any tours within the 72 hour period, prior to the start of your tour.
