Our amazing Jurassic Valley Zipline Adventure begins at the top of Ka’a’awa Valley with seven thrilling tandem (two people can zip side-by-side) sections, two suspension bridges (no worries... you’ll be clipped-in and totally safe while crossing them) and finishes with 5 “short hike” nature trails, each about 5 minutes through the lush jungle-scape… be sure to look out for the dinosaur skeletons!

This tour books up quickly and is full many weeks in advance. If we do have short term availability, it is normally for only 1-2 people at most. We encourage you to book at least 30 days in advance of your activity date.

Instructions

Children 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult.
Minimum weight: 70 pounds (32kg).
Maximum weight: 280 pounds (127kg).
Height must be between 4’8″ and 6’9″ (1.4m – 2.05 m).
Required Waist Size between 22in (55cm) and 50in (127cm).
Required Upper Thigh Size between 18in (45cm) and 28in (71cm).
Closed-toe shoes must be worn.
Expecting mothers and/or guests with Heart Conditions, Spinal Issues, or Joint Pain are not advised to participate in this tour, and should consult with a doctor before engaging in any strenuous activity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is There Difference Between Ziplining And Canopy Tours?

Yes. Ziplining tour starts from a ground based platform (stairs) with the line leading to another land based platform. Visitors then hike or walk to the next takeoff platform. A canopy tour starts in the trees (more stairs) and then goes from platform to platform in the trees off the ground.
Does This Course Allow Walk Alongs?

Everyone must be ziplining who goes on this tour. We donʻt accept people to walk-along with their party because of the limited space on the shuttle and the remoteness of the course. Other members of your party are welcome to enjoy other aspects of Kualoa Ranch, including the theatre, zoo, cafe and gift shop.
Are There Restroom Facilities On The Course?

Unfortunately, there are no restrooms on the course. Please make use of the facilities before boarding the shuttle at the ranch baseyard.
Where Is Kualoa Located?

Kualoa Ranch is located on Oahu's windward side, about a 1-hour drive from Waikiki. You can opt to take the shared group transportation at $39.99 / person and receive a guided tour from the ranch and back again. There are only certain times this transportation is offered. Make sure your tour works for pickup and return times. There is also a private transportation option for group. This allows you to go at the time you would like.

Is Transportation To Kualoa Ranch Automatically Included In All The Tours?

Transportation is not included to the ranch which is about an hour outside of Waikiki. Depending on the time of your tour, there may be group transportation available from Waikiki. We can arrange transportation for your group out to Kualoa and return for a fee.
What Are The Allowed Ages For The Different Tours Available?
- Children of all ages are allowed on the Hawaii Ranch Grown Tour, Hollywood Movie Sites Tour, Ocean Voyage Adventure Tour, and Secret Island Beach Activities.
- Children 3 years and older are allowed on all of the above tours as well as the Jungle Expedition Tour and Jurassic Adventure Tour.
- Children 5 years and older are allowed on all of the above tours as well as the Multi-Passenger UTV Raptor Tour and Malama Experience.
- Children 10 years and older are allowed on all of the above tours as well as the eBike Tours (as long as they meet height & weight requirements), Horseback Tours (as long as they meet height & weight requirements) and Zipline Tours (as long as they meet height & weight requirements).
