The Deluxe Road to Hāna Tour offers a relaxed, full-day journey along one of Maui’s most famous and scenic routes. After morning pickup from select locations across the island, the adventure begins with a drive through Paʻia town and along Maui’s North Shore, where surf breaks and coastal views set the tone for the day.

As the road winds east, you’ll explore highlights like the dramatic shoreline of the Keʻanae Peninsula and enjoy opportunities to purchase fresh banana bread and local treats from roadside stands. Deep within the rainforest, you’ll stop near Upper Waikani Falls—also known as Three Bears Falls—where cascading water and lush surroundings create classic Road to Hāna scenery.

Weather permitting, the tour includes a waterfall stop with time to swim and cool off before continuing toward Waiʻānapanapa State Park. Here, you’ll walk along the volcanic coastline and experience Hāna’s famous black sand beach, with optional swimming depending on ocean conditions.

We recommend that you bring spending money (for snacks and souvenirs), a camera, phone charger, sunscreen, and sunglasses. If you are planning on swimming please bring your swimsuit, a beach towel, water shoes, a plastic bag to contain your wet clothes, and a pair of dry clothes.
Do Shared Hana Group Tours Pickup In Paia Or Upcountry Maui?

Group tours do not pick up in Paia or Upcountry Maui unless in very rare cases (large group size, availability, custom). Private tours will provide pickup throughout the island of Maui. Circle island-style tours can not pick up or return to those locations.
