Departure & Return

Boats depart at 2 p.m. and return at approximately 5 p.m. You will be met by crew at the end of the pier approx. 15 minutes prior to departure and will be boarding Hoku Nui which is a 50ft Sailing Catamaran with a blue sail bag.

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the tour or activity is honored with a full refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

Does the boat have facilities?

There are 2 toilets aboard the Hoku Nui, as well as a freshwater rinse and a galley with shade.
Can a novice snorkeler join this tour?

Snorkeling instructions and extra noodles for flotation are provided for newcomers. We ask that guests be competent swimmers to participate in our snorkeling excursions.
Can I bring food or beverages with me?

An assortment of food and drinks. Additional food and non-alcoholic beverages can be brought, but no glass is allowed on the boat.
Where do I go to check in?

You will check in directly at Keauhou Bay 15 minutes before boarding the boat. This provides enough time for each guest to sign their waivers (which is included in your confirmation email) prior to check-in.
