Fresh Poke:

Featuring two different styles of poke! Waianae ahi poke and Nairagi Poisson Cru in coconut milk (Tahitian style poke).

Huli Huli Chicken:

Free range Huli Huli (Hawaiian Style) rotisserie chicken breast.

Vegan Vegetable Curry:

A delicious vegan vegetable curry dish featuring sauteed Tofu cubes.

Kalua Pork Carving Station:

A live carving station of juicy Kalua pig cooked in an above ground umu.

To satisfy your sweet tooth we offer dessert options including a fresh, seasonal island fruit assortment, Maui chocolate mousse shooters, and vegan Molokai sweet potato haupia pie made with Maui-grown macadamia nuts, coconut milk, honey and sea salt.
