Package Itinerary

Customize this package by reserving additional nights prior to the event and adding in activities you would like to do. Depending on how many nights you are on-island and what activities you purchase, we will customize your days so you will maximize your time in Hawaii.

You are responsible for your flights arriving and departing from Hawaii on the correct days. We will handle almost everything else during your time visiting the gardens on our beautiful Hawaiian islands.

Select the day you arrive in Hawaii on the calendar so you check in on the right day. Count the nights from there. The main IPS package begins on the night of October 9th which is a sunday.

Are Tours & Activities Included In The Price?

Prices will be in addition to the nightly room rates. Using the booking box above, please choose the tours and activities you would like to participate in. There are a variety of experiences available to our guests. You should choose a maximum of one activity per night you plan to extend your stay. For example, a visit to Kualoa Ranch and a snorkeling tour will need to be done on separate mornings so you need at least 2 nights on the island.
Are Meals Included In These Room Nights?

There are no meals included in these extra nights unless they are part of a tour or activity that you purchase as an add-on. The hotel is centrally located with dozens of great restaurants, food trucks, and markets within a short walking distance. Meals are included starting with a banquet on the 9th as part of the main IPS event.
Are Flights Included In This Package?

Flights are not included but we can make arrangements for you. Flights from Honolulu, Oahu to Hilo, Big Island are included as part of the main IPS Biennial Event package.
