When you book a dive with us, you agree to these terms and conditions:
72 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: You have until 72 hours ahead of the scheduled start time of your boat trip to cancel or reschedule with no financial forfeitures. If you must cancel or reschedule inside of 72 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled boat trip, you will forfeit all monies paid unless a replacement booking is made.
Medical Release May be Required: Certified divers should view their waivers well ahead of time in case a physician's release is required to participate in scuba diving. Divers who are required to obtain a medical release to dive and who show up without one will be welcomed aboard as passengers but will not be able to dive nor will they be refunded for their spot.
If you are booking for a group of divers, you will be financially responsible for all of the divers you are representing.
Waiving the Cancellation Policy: The Cancellation Policy will be waived if we receive a medical note from a doctor for treatment/exam which must have taken place within 72 hours of check-in time of the missed dive. This does not waive a companion diver.
Cancellation Policy will be waived if divers miss the boat due to road closure or weather event that affects the population at large.
Important Note: If it has been over two years since your last dive, the Maui Diamond requires that you complete a Refresher Dive prior to your boat trip or hire a Private Dive Guide for your dives.
If a boat dive is canceled due to bad weather, we will offer to reschedule you if possible. Otherwise, we will provide a complete refund.

Please understand we can never guarantee dive sites for ANY of our trips because Mother Nature always has the final say. When faced with a choice between letting you check Molokini off your bucket list and keeping you safe, we'll always put safety first! We'll trust you to know that we have your best interests and heart and that we also aim to please, so please understand that we do not ever offer refunds if we are unable to take you to a specific destination.
